Why does it take 24 hours to gain approval?

  1. We need to check your information with National Registration Department (NRD) before you are approved for a myemail account.
  2. This is to verify that you are indeed a Malaysian citizen applying for a myemail account. 
  3. Once your information validated by National Registration Department (NRD), we will send you an activation link to your alternate e-mail within 24 hours.
  4. If your information is not accurate, we will send you a validation failure e-mail and ask you to register again with valid information.
